How we hire

  1. 01

    Intro call

    30 minutes with the studio lead. We talk about one shipped title or integration you'd defend in front of a cert lab.

  2. 02

    Math/design exercise

    Either a math memo (2 pages: RTP, vol, hit freq, bonus EV) or an integration design (1 page: wallet flow + audit). Four working days, ~4h real time.

  3. 03

    Panel + offer

    60-min review of your exercise with the math lead + 30 min with the area head. Written offer in five business days.
